Headguards are superb for using with sparring to give you head protection. Boxing Headguard is padded with light air cushion safety foam and also has gel inserted to it to help absorb impacts. For a secure fit it has hook and loop fastening straps to the chin and back and for comfort the lining is made of a moisture wicking anti-slip material.
